These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mageiro mobile application and website operated by Mageiro Foodtech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
Important: By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Mageiro mobile application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
3Account Registration
You may register using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
4Use of Services
Permitted Uses
You may use our Services to create, store, and share recipes; discover and save recipes; plan meals and generate grocery lists; follow and interact with other users.
Prohibited Uses
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated means to scrape data
- Impersonate any person or entity
5User Content
You retain ownership of your recipes, photos, videos, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Mageiro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating our Services.
You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights, your content does not infringe on third-party rights, and your recipes are safe and accurate.

7Intellectual Property
The Mageiro name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Mageiro Foodtech Private Limited. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
8Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIETARY, HEALTH, OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS THAT MAY RESULT FROM USING RECIPES ON OUR PLATFORM. ALWAYS EXERCISE CAUTION AND CONSULT HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS WHEN NEEDED.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mageiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
10Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@mageiro.com. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
11Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
